    Question to Katie : In your opinion, what makes Hanger Hall a special place to teach and learn?
     
    Katie: "Hanger Hall is a special place to teach because of how much our faculty deeply cares about the school! This might seem simple but I think it’s the basis for a wonderful work environment. I have found that “caring” translates into collaboration and intentional engagement when it comes to the teaching process. It’s also extremely helpful as a new teacher while I’m looking for guidance! 
     
    Hanger Hall is a super special place to learn because faculty are able to create genuine relationships with the students. This closeness allows teachers to trust the students, honor the emotional state of the students and allow the students the space to fully be themselves. I believe that breaking down these barriers creates a supportive and uplifting environment for growth."
