Michele enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring cities, art, theatre, restaurants, hiking, traveling, biking, reading, animals, beaches, sports, learning and life. She is a native of Asheville, and lives with her husband Joe and daughter Bre.  They have two dogs:  “Sam” an excessive barking sheltie and “Ollie” a shred-all mutt that they love dearly.

Education has always been a priority in her life and while researching middle school education for her daughter, she found Hanger Hall. As Michele says “the Hanger Hall teachers, parents, staff and community make it a very special place. Our daughter has graduated with an appreciation for education and a desire for knowledge. “

Her daughter Bre is a 2010 Hanger Hall graduate and current student at Asheville High. Michele works as an accounting consultant for local businesses and owns a local business with her husband, Joe. She feels very fortunate to live in the Asheville area and to be a part of the Hanger Hall family.
