Laura Stone has three children: two boys, 15 & 12 and a daughter, Ellie, a recent Hanger Hall graduate . She has a BA in Anthropology, an MS in Rehabilitation Counseling, yoga teacher training, and experience counseling young women about reproductive health. Empowering adolescents through the changes in their lives has always been one of her passions. Her husband, Cam, joined a Retinal Ophthalmology Group in 2001 which moved her to Asheville, and it has been a wonderful place to raise a family. Laura teaches two classes of alignment-yoga a week, is involved with supporting local education, and performance art, and goes upside down at least once a day.
